We know that the Scale is not the end-all-be-all in this world.  We believe your hard work and determination should count for something.  So, we have added a few new categories this year and a couple new twists to the Challenge!

We can’t tell you everything until October 3 but here is what we can tell you.  Grand Prize Winner Determined by % of Body weight lost and  Points for hard work, sweat and maybe a few tears.  Total Makeover & 1 Year membership Winners determined by % of body weight lost.  (Yes, you could win both!)

Registration Starting September 20, 2009 (Register at front desk)

Kick – Off Saturday, October 3rd @ 1:00 p.m.
 - Official Rules, Regulations and Guidelines
 - Handbooks & Necessary Materials Given
 - Official Weigh-In Professional &’ Before’ Photos

Challenge Workouts, Contest and Events - Every Saturday afternoon @ 1:00
 - 6  Saturday  Workouts … all new , just for our ‘Why Weight’ Contestants
 - 2 Adventure Field Trips … we can’t tell you any more.  It would ruin the Surprise.
